Heel Pain:

Bruised heel
Heel Spur
Plantar Fasciitis
Achilles Tendon

The above conditions generally result from abnormal compensation affecting these anatomical structures in and around the heel. The heel plays a crucial role in absorbing the forces of the foot hitting the ground. Abnormal compensation due to subluxation (joint displacement) places stress on the ligaments, tendons and bones surrounding the heel. Corrective Care restores joint mobility and improves the muscle strength to relieve these conditions.

Bruised heel - “I learnt the importance of foot health and it’s implications for the whole skeletal structure.” Patricia C.

Heel spur - “I haven’t needed to use any anti-inflammatory medications and cramps in my feet and legs are a lot less.” Mary M.
