Ankle Problems:
Sore ankles
Rolling-in ankles
Weak ankles
Sprained ankles
The ankle problems listed above generally result from subluxation (joint displacement) which causes a weakening in the ankle ligaments and bones. This leads to ankles rolling in, becoming weak, being sore and increasing the likelihood of sprains. Corrective Care works to strengthen and stabilise the joints, muscles and ligaments of your ankles.
Weak ankles – “Now my feet, ankles and legs feel stronger and I no longer require the ankle support for walking or exercising.” Julie C.
Sprained ankles – “Two years ago I couldn’t walk around the house without pain, yesterday I walked 12km with no pain whatsoever!” Bob F.
