Who is F&LC:

The F&LC specialises in foot mobilisation and manual therapy and aims to treat the cause of foot, heel, ankle, leg, knee, hip & back pain, often eliminating the need for orthotics, surgery or medication.

The main part of the treatment is based on our hands-on methods of mobilisation. You lie in a relaxed position while we get to work.
